- Chris Chabot Added 2017-09-26★ ★ ★ ★ ★Excellent all around. Have purchased BBQ, then furnace and most recently ordered a new air conditioner unit. Before a/c install, the guys sent out their installer for a look...I had had another company diagnose my air conditioner when it went down. That company told me that it was out of refrigerant and it wasn't worth repairing. Also said the refrigerant was $250/lb!
Gb's tech came, looked, tested, and fixed in a couple of hours. Not only am I up and running on a 30 degree day when I wasn't expecting to, but now I don't have to buy a whole new system!
When I do, I can tell you I'll be going with Hedwig, Dave and their contracted Cooling tech Trevor without hesitation. Honesty goes a long way. They are, and, they're also professional in both senses of the word. The same can not be said for all companies in Parry Sound I'm afraid!
